Submitting a “Request a Proposal” form, contact form, or calling our office does not create a binding contract between you and Heyl Construction. Project pricing, scope, and scheduling are determined only after a site assessment and are documented in a separate, signed written agreement. Any figures, timelines, or general information presented on the Site are for informational purposes only and are not a binding bid or offer.

4. Employment Applications

If you submit an Employment Application through the Site, you represent that all information you provide is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. By submitting an application, you authorize Heyl Construction to verify the information provided, including contacting the references, schools, and employers you list, and to conduct any background inquiries permitted by law for employment purposes. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Heyl Construction name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Heyl Construction, Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
